Refund & Cancellation Policy

Question credits

• Unused questions never expire and remain in your account.
• If a technical failure on our side consumes a question without delivering an answer, that credit is restored automatically or on request.
• Unused question credits are refundable to your original payment method within 7 days of purchase, on request. Questions already answered are not refundable.

Reports

• If a purchased report fails to generate, you receive a full automatic refund within 5–7 working days.
• Once a report is successfully generated and delivered, it is a completed digital service and is not refundable — except where the report was generated from birth details corrupted by a fault on our side, in which case we regenerate it free or refund in full.

Duplicate or failed payments

• If money is deducted but the service is not credited, the payment gateway auto-reverses it, typically within 5–7 working days.
• Duplicate charges are refunded in full — email us the transaction reference.

How to request a refund

Email astrojyotish.online@gmail.com from your registered email with the transaction ID. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
