By using Astrojyotish you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short and in plain language.

1. The service

Astrojyotish computes your Vedic birth chart from the birth details you provide and uses AI to generate astrological readings, consultations and reports. Astrology is a traditional belief system. Our readings describe astrological tendencies and favourable periods — they are guidance, not guarantees or predictions of future events.

2. Not professional advice

Readings are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Never delay or replace consultation with a qualified professional because of anything read on this platform. We do not answer questions about serious illness, death, or self-harm; if you are in distress, please reach a professional or a helpline immediately.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older, or use the service under a parent/guardian's supervision.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

4. Pricing & billing

• Your first question to an AI expert is free.
• Further questions cost ₹10 each, purchased in packs with a minimum of 5 questions (₹50). One question credit is deducted per answer. Unused questions never expire.
• Reports are one-time purchases at the price displayed before payment.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass payment, extract other users' data, or abuse the AI systems.
• Do not use the service to harass, defraud or harm anyone.

7. Intellectual property

Your reports and readings are for your personal use. The platform, its design, software and content remain our property.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Decisions you take based on readings are your own.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the operator's registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
